Report Chart - further customisation

It is great we can now change the colours in Report Charts, but we would like further customisation, e.g.:

Ability to change the 'Legend' name (if something returns no value we could dictate what thay should be called)
‚Ability to reorder items - they currently appear in Alphabetical order
Dictate the number range shown so similar graphs side by side give a visual comparison i.e. it can visually look like they are returning similar values but the Axis on one is 0 to 180 and on the other 0 to 580
