Replace Parent Task with Project Name in Notifications

Instead of showing the parent object name in NWE Notifications, please show the project name like it did in Classic Notifications, where it showed the project name and task name. Showing the project name in Notifications was more helpful to the user when reviewing their notifications since the parent tasks may use repetitive names.
