Remove Red "Deactivated" Stamp from deactivated users' profiles

We have had some involuntary dismissals and users can still look up deactivated users. It's very unprofessional and punitive looking when there's a big red "DEACTIVATED" stamp that looks like a "REJECTED" stamp. I would be preferable and more professional looking if it was either downplayed or removed altogether. An option to have it removable would be great.
