Recycle Bin for single Documents and versions

Great that we now have a Recycle bin... however... the only thing WE accidentally delete is DOCUMENTS, which unless they are deleted along with a task or project we still can not get back. So this new tool in its current state has no use for us really. Need to have a documents tab along from Projects, task, issues...
