Pull field from custom form within project on proof report

Hello, I am trying to add a column to a Proof Approval report that displays one of the custom fields within the project that the proof is a part of. Is this possible?

I tried copying what was in text mode of another project report that I have going (pasted below) - however that did not seem to work.
