Provide Logging Capability on a Project to See All Changes Include Queue Setup

One more than one occasion we have found a need to be able to see a log of queue setup changes that were made to a project, however, these aren't available as options in the Updates Feed and they don't appear to automatically be logged in they updates tab for the project.

Please provide a mechanism to see these updates. Thanks!
