Provide Improvements & Flexibility On The My Work Area

My users struggle with the My Work area, which negatively impact our projects. Some suggested improvements:

- If a project is closed, remove the task from the My Work area

- If the task is completed, remove the task from the My Work area

- Allow colors on task (like in email, Urgent, etc...)

- The % complete bar is too small & users often overlook it

- Don't allow a user to Complete the task, but only Done with My Part

- Confusion between planned completion date & committed date. I don't want to remove committed because then the user cannot propose a new date.
