ProofHQ document notification settings apply to Proof Viewer inside of Workfront

If a user makes a comment inside the popup Proof editor while logged into WF, any comments made adhere to their WF notification settings. But, if comments are made on a document while logged into proofhq.com, then their proofHQ settings are utilized. These two settings should be global, i.e. a user does not want to receive instant notifications if they have their Proof notification settings at Daily Summary, regardless of what platform of Proof the user is commenting in.
