Proof Type Report

Hello,

Is it possible to create a report view that tells me the type of proof a teammate used on their document?

Our team is trying to monitor process adoption and would like to know if folks are still using simple proofs vs advanced/automated.

Thanks for you insight!

Hi @isaacwu ,

We use the "Workflow Template" field in a proof approval report to monitor whether our users are using the *automated* proofs.  (If blank in our case, it means that our users incorrectly used a simple proof or an advanced basic with no pre-defined workflow.)

I haven't found a field that explicitly states simple/basic/automated/advanced.

Hope that helps!

I'm not quite sure what you define as a simple proof vs an advanced proof.

For me, a simple proof is where I convert it without adding anyone as a proof reviewer/approver etc. Any simple proof immediately becomes an advanced proof once I go back in to set up other reviewers. (in my definition)

are you able to share your definition or maybe what the process change comprises?
