Project Details - Customize Sub tabs Position

Have the ability to arrange the sections/ sub-tabs under Project Detail based on user's preference. Similar to how we can go under More and customize the tabs.

For example, if the user wants to lang on Custom Form information instead of Overview, they can change that.

    Ewa - I think you need to upvote your own ideas for it to count. We should submit a feature request for the Exchange that submitting an idea automatically puts your vote on it.
