Progress and status of a proof when only one decision is required

Currently, if you have a stage with multiple approvers but have ticked 'only one decision is required', if a user makes a decision the progress and status bar updates as follows:

  • The overall progress for the stage shows a decision has been made (stage is complete)
  • The progress for every member of the stage updates to show a decision has been made 'as no further decision is required'.

In an audit situation, or going through at a glance this makes it tedious working out who actually made the decision. A better option would be when one person make a decision

  • keep the current rules for overall stage progress
  • For individual progress the decision box for other members is displayed in grey indicating it wasn't required.
