Post Project Surveys

Christian, To be honest, I've never tried to send a survey through Workfront. If I had to, this is what I would try. A custom form could be made with fields that would act as survey questions. Adjust the sharing settings for the form so the recipient can fill it out. Attach the custom form to a task on the project, and the recipient could fill it out. You could try to send an email with a link to the survey. For this option, you'll have to create a new email template. We do this (except we use Verint instead of survey monkey) and we use Reminder Notification feature in Workfront (Setup -> Email -> Notifications -> Reminder Notifications.) The email gets sent out after the request is closed. Here is the email template we use, and we use the project ID variable to pass to the survey results (in our case the client only has access to the issue, but we store our survey results in the project so that's why you see resolveProject:ID) $$enteredBy:name$$: Thank you for working with us at "https://cisco.jiveon.com/groups/the-hatch">the Hatch . On the survey side, the custom URL I coded in the email inserts the project ID and category ID into hidden fields on the survey form. A few questions on automating survey's in Workfront. 1- Are "Reminder Notifications" seen/accessed by admins only? 2- Are emails sent to the requestor even if you take the request and flip it to a project? would that carry through? @Adina Pierce Once you create your email template, do you then create an Issue Reminder Notification? And is there a way to then automatically attach the Reminder Notification to all incoming Issues? We'd prefer to attach the Reminder Notification to a task (and set that up on templates) and have the option to send it to the Project Sponsor (since we put the client's name in the Sponsor field). But Project Sponsor doesn't seem to be a field on the New Reminder Notification set up. I'm submitting an Idea Exchange for that. We'd like to attach it to a task rather than waiting for the project to close (which closes the issue) since we have some projects that have additional pieces to be completed later so the project may not close until sometimes weeks after the initial deliverable is complete.
