Possible to configure a Report Prompt to only display options based on the prior Prompt selection?
In the example below, is it possible to configure the Program Name prompt to only display options that are under the Test Parent Portfolio?

Not with the built in filter fields. You could explore making some custom filters, though I'd advise against them if your environment tends to frequently add new programs. This may be something that gets resolved with the new reporting experience, but I'm not sure.
