Populate empty profile picture with user's initials

For users who have not uploaded a profile picture, populate their initials and a custom color. For example, Chris Johnson set as "CJ".

    Hi Jennifer. One of my clients felt strongly enough about "at least having initial as a picture for users" that by convention they created simple icons in this very fashion, which the SysAdmin assigned at setup. Similarly, another person used cheeky cartoon characters as an "incentive" for Users to change them.

    Wait. That might have been me...

    This would be VERY helpful when looking at a team queue where there are many users w/o pictures uploaded! GREAT IDEA!!

    This would look so much better, especially if it was like William's idea! Would be great if we could get a reason from Workfront as to why this won't be considered
