Please allow the ability to split projects into multiple portfolios

It would be valuable to be able to assign a single projects to multiple portfolios. For example, a $100,000 project that is split as $65,000 to Portfolio A and $35,000 to Portfolio B to avoid having to build and manage two separate projects.
