People - show People first instead of Teams

When I click into the People section, it's usually because I want to add a new person, or search for something.

I'm not really interested in all the "chat" that goes on for all the different teams (ie on the "Teams" tab.

Could the people tab be moved to be the first option?

Currently you have to click twice to get the right place, and it can be quite frustrating sometimes when all you want to do is add a new user.

Alternatively could there be a drop down list from each of the options in the main nav bar so you can go straight to the page you want.
