People Scheduling - Globe/portfolio/program level replacement

Workfront added the "task" level filter to a "action" tab under People/Scheduling. We would like to have more filters in the action tab.

I would like workfront to open assign/replace/unassigned in "globe" ; Portfolio and Program level too. It will help us to replace or unassign "all projects" if an employee leaves the company and replace by another employee or move from program to another program. I can't find a good way in this tab to do it right now
