Pending Proof from 2024 showing up in report but wasn't there before

Are you saying that the 2024 Proof was not showing on this report previously and then popped up one day? Were the two Proofs from 2023 always on the list? If so, you may want to look into if the Proof was unarchived or recently edited in any way.

I always recommend showing all approvals and taking the due dilegence to make sure all have a decision or update the roles to remove the pending decisions. However to answer the question at hand, if you want to only include Proofs from a specific time span you could add a filter such as Document Version Entry Date is This Year.
