Option to have task start or end at project start or end date without setting date/time.

Request:

When creating a task and assigning the date you need to assign the date/time. If this is on the start or end date of the project and the time is off it results in an error, or ugly date (fractions of days). Users should be able to just mark the task should start or end with the corresponding date from the project. If the project start/end dates moves this will also be updated.

Time reduction in creating and managing tasks, increase in data quality.
