Option to disable Updates Button on timesheet

The balloons in the Timesheeting are unclear for the user. Our users (and myself) thought that the comment icon was meant to enter the comment for the time they spent, but its actually to give a comment to the Project, or Timesheet itself.

This is confusing; can we hide them in the settings?
