Notification when you are over-allocating a resource

Hi,

Currently it is possible to over-allocate a resource without any immediate warning. It relies on someone regularly reviewing the resource planner and resolving any over-allocation issues.

Even when done unintentionally, over-allocations can obviously cause HR issues which we would like to avoid.

Our project/resource management teams would like to have a feature whereby they see a popup box which warns them that they are over-allocating the resource, with an opportunity to proceed or cancel.
