Need to be able to have a default view for lists

I need users to see a certain list upon login. It is critical for our business processes. Right now, I can set up a list, but unless they navigate to it, they cant see it. They need to be able to see if automatically at sign in. As a workaround, upon user creation, I have to log in as them and set it up for them. This is a very cumbersome process. They should just be able to have it set to a default instead of "standard" views.
