Need list of Proofs user needs to Review, not Approve

The Home area as well as Document Version reporting needs to have the ability to filter out all the proofs a users is tagged to Review, even if they are not an Approver. The My Work area had this but the Home area never received this feature and ther are no reporting options to show a user their proofs as a "Reviewer". This is a very big gap that is causing my users significant frustration. Please vote this up! Thanks!

Please provide a link to the precise instructions for this functionality- what do I do so that my reviewers (NOT approvers) have a view complete list of their proofs to review? :

"This enhancement is designed to streamline the review process by providing Reviewers with clear visibility of their pending content review tasks. Additionally, it provides them with a "Complete my review" action, serving dual purposes:"

@amysi1 They will see any pending Reviews as a list in the new Home page, under "Awaiting my approval", similar to any outstanding approvals.

@jbarron Wonderful! When will that be live?

@amysi1 It is live in production for a set of customers. Happy to turn it on for your production environment as well if you'd like. If you just reach out to your account manager they can go through the channels to get it enabled. Just let them know my name and we will get it going for you!

@jessere1 - Hey Jesse, do you know if the ability to report on proof reviewer is on the roadmap?

@jon_chen this keeps coming up over the years and is still a valid ask. Can we push this with the product team?

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

Hey @matt_mccarthy,

This limitation is being addressed with the new Document Approvals functionality described here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/review-and-approve-work/document-reviews-and-approvals/document-approvals-overview.

@jbarron has posted a few updates in this thread with some good information on this.

This functionality is not quite GA yet. Rather, it is being enabled for customers per request. If you're interested in getting access to this functionality in the Walmart environment, let me know and I can help facilitate that.

Thanks,

Hi@jessere1

The solution proposed address Document approvals.  What it seems many of us are asking for are PROOF reviewers.  Meaning a list on the home page of user who have PROOFS to review, but they are not approvers. Current functionality only shows proofs that are awaiting "approval", not proofs that are awaiting review.

We often have many people who are "informed" (per a RACI chart), but not decisions makers on a proof.  If they miss the email notification, there is no easy way for them to find their proofs.

Thanks @madalyn_destafney for resurfacing this. I see this idea is very popular and has been updated with the "Accepted status." I will be sure to include this in our bi-annual idea considerations.

this is such an important feature that myself and our entire creative team along with my project managers can't believe isn't a feature within WF.   Trying to organize work for the day and not being able to see proofs that they are listed as reviewers is very disappointing.  Not being able to filter this within a widget or report is also so important.  While approving proofs/documents is important - so is being a reviewer and there should be the ability to have a list of these items on your home landing page.  Email notifications and the notification button doesn't make this easy to navigate and use.
