Need list of Proofs user needs to Review, not Approve

The Home area as well as Document Version reporting needs to have the ability to filter out all the proofs a users is tagged to Review, even if they are not an Approver. The My Work area had this but the Home area never received this feature and ther are no reporting options to show a user their proofs as a "Reviewer". This is a very big gap that is causing my users significant frustration. Please vote this up! Thanks!

    We also have a big interest within our partner countries to report on Reviewers only.

    Can we get a rough idea if and when this is going to be part of the roadmap?

    Agree. Any Proof reports available as of now, or that we can create, do not provided for the full needs. I would like to see this NOT just for a "reviewer" but for "reviewer & approver."  Additionally, we would like to have a report that allows us to simply display who HAS approved and who has not all in one spot (i.e. what the Proofing Workflow shows.)  Their name with the SOCD boxes color coded would be GREAT!

    How has this idea been here for more than 3 years and Workfront still hasn't provided this functionality? It's shocking and disappointing.

    Totally support this change request. 

     

    I have built a report showing outstanding proofs and have only just realised that we don't show reviewers - only approvers. I agree that this is a functionality gap

    Description - I would like a report that shows pending proofs for users with a reviewer role in proof

    Why is this feature important to you - We have a number of users that are listed as reviewers on proofs but only get notified when they are first added to the proof. I would like reporting I can add to their dashboard where they can see all proofs were they are added as a reviewer.

    How would you like the feature to work - Once the user is added as a reviewer on the proof, it will pop up on their Pending Proof Review Report and it will be removed once all decisions have been made on the stage they on.

    Current Behavior - Currently, the proof reporting only allows Reviewer/Approver roles to be pulled into Proof reports.

      The My Work/Home page allows approvers to see the proofs they need to approve, but what about Reviewers? They need to be able to access a list of documents they need to review without relying on emails to track their proofs.

      Is there a way to open reporting up to show reviewer level and not just approvers?

        It's amazing to me that there is no report or API field class or collection that will return a list of proofs that the user is tagged as a "Reviewer" on. This is very much needed.

        @stevenhi2 The upcoming Content Review and Approval feature, built upon the existing document approvals within Workfront, introduces a specialized 'Reviewer' role. This enhancement is designed to streamline the review process by providing Reviewers with clear visibility of their pending content review tasks. Additionally, it provides them with a "Complete my review" action, serving dual purposes:

        1. Facilitates Reviewer Efficiency - Allows Reviewers to easily identify and access all their outstanding review assignments, promoting a more organized and efficient review process

        2. Enhances Coordinator Oversight - Enables coordinators to generate status reports that include information on reviewers' tasks, thereby improving project tracking and management visibility

        While this update does not directly modify the existing standalone proofing system, it lays the groundwork for an integrated Review & Approval/Proofing experience within Workfront and provides greater visibility into the Reviewer role.
