Need Custom Quarters to group in charts properly

When I have a bar chart with a grouping/X axis using custom quarters, it doesn't show the quarters sequentially, it shows them in alpha order. This naturally screws up the order of the bars in the chart. Example, it's showing in this order:

Q2 2022

Q2 2023

Q3 2022

Instead of what it should be:

Q2 2022

Q3 2022

Q4 2022...

Even if I were to put the year first and then quarter - 2022 Q2 - it would still show out of order. This needs to be fixed so grouping by quarter works!
