Multiple User Notifications for requests

Allow for more than one admin to receive email notifications for requests for access to reports or dashboards. When a request is submitted the notification is defaulted to one person. We would like to have more than one admin getting the notification so the requests are handle in a timely manner incase someone is out of the office.
