Multi Colored Gantt Charts

Be able to color code the Gantt chart of a project list to show phases of the project. To reduce real estate, clients frequently request to see a Gantt chart of all their projects with them colored by project phase (i.e. Discover, Creative Development, Review, Launch).

• Solution Idea: In MS Project, there is a view in the specific project where you can assign which tasks will be on the Gantt line and what color they should be. This then rolls up to any portfolio reporting you do. This might also work with Milestone Paths if they are attached to the Parent Tasks.
