MS Outlook Add-in Should Not Suggest All Projects Regardless of Status

Currently, when I start typing project names in the Outlook Add-in when "Add to Work" option, the add-in returns projects that are "complete" as well as active, or idea, or planning. I'm not sure if it's returning "cancelled" projects.

There might be value in returning only those projects of a certain status, or allowing users to set a search criteria somewhere to limit to active projects or their preference.
