More Wildcards

Hi Layne - Not sure if you knew this, but if you put a report in a dashboard and put that in the custom layout, it will automatically put in the Project ID as a filter. I have a lot of custom reports that use this functionality.

Same thing with Portfolios (although there are a few object types where the Portfolio ID is too far away, like Proof Approvals)

OK! I thought so and support wasn't sure - which means I probably wasn't explaining myself very well!! So sounds like I don't need to do any filters, just the fields I need to see and it will pull on each project...?

Yeah, you don't want any filters for Project ID or Portfolio ID. This does mean that the report on its own will bring back like everything in your system. But when people access it via the tab in the project, it will just have the project's info on it. :)
