Match the Actual Completion Date to the Planned Completion Date at Project Level

We would like to see that instead of applying a Global setting to "When a task or issue is completed, set the Actual Completion Date to...

• The Planned Completion Date"

that this option is made available at the Project level setting because there are use cases where different teams or departments share an instance. There may be use cases where only specific projects need to reflect that the Actual Completion Date matches the Planned Completion Date.
