Mass recalculation of dates when doing a "if-then" scenario within projects in a portfolio, program

Much like manipulating dates on the Gantt chart within a project, users would like to be able to work with projects in the same way on the project or portfolio levels. (As a point of reference, they're looking for similar behaviour delivered by Instagantt for Asana.)
