Manager Routing Not Working
I've created a request queue for time off requests.
My Queue Details is setup with a routing rule for ticket added, which is not managerial specific (but even when I have it to the manager routing it still doesn't work)
My Queue Topic has a default approval in place which is set to "assigned to Manager" (accessible by all groups).
I don't have a default route set.
When I submit or anyone on the team, it always defaults to me being the manager and being given the approval request. I do have Managers/Org Chart info in the system.
Why is it defaulting to me, what am I missing?
