Make work name column responsive and pinnable

Hi,

Project/Task/Issue name has too wide column that cannot be resized.

Scrolling sideway the name of the item moves out of the screen, making it very difficult to mark and log hour in the right row.

To tackle that can the first column be pinnable to always remain on screen plus make it as wide as it's necessary, but not more than around 50% of the browser width. Actually the fully resizable would be ideal. Now I can't control it.
