Make over capacity hours threshold editable so that it can highlight below 8 hours

We know that an 8 hour work day exists, however, we don't typically have 8 hours of uninterrupted time to do task work. We have meetings, etc. and sometimes those are ad hoc and doesn't make sense to put into Workfront.

We would like to be able to set the "over capacity" task threshold to 6 hours so it highlights a day's hours red in the resourcing/scheduling view for anything over 6 hours.
