The error someone gets when they try to change a project to a status that equals complete:

I often get asked by PMs why they can't project close their projects when all their tasks are 100% complete and all issues are closed. It's because there's at least one task that is pending approval. So the task may be 100% complete, but the status is " - Pending Approval". I suggest maybe re-wording the error to make it clear what's meant by "tasks that are not complete".

    Definitely! We have a few tasks in each of our templates that need task approval, but it's not obvious by looking at them (you have to click into them to see it). If a specific task isn't in the template isn't relevant to that project, the CM will set it to 100% without having approved the task, and therefore can't set the project to complete. Frustrating all round when it's not obvious why the status can't be changed.
