Macs and Outlook Comment notifications

Our design team are all on Macs - they have issues when they receive these comments, they click and can't go right to the comment - it takes them into the general job area and they don't know what is being commented on. They are on Outlook. Some of them also don't receive comments unless they are specifically tagged even though they are the project owner. We have adjusted their notifications and nothing seems to correct these issues. Does anyone have suggestions or run across this. Thanks for any feedback on this! Susan Bose GOJO Industries

Hi Susan, On the comment issue, the project owner is not automatically tagged on a comment (unlike with a Task where the assignee automatically gets notified of a comment). The project owner gets other notifications depending on what you've turned on (under Setup > Email > Notifications > Information about Projects I Own). But they don't get an automatic tag on comments. So if they want the project owner to know, they will need to tag the project owner in the comment. Hope that helps.
