I have no idea what happened with my post but it doesn't seem to be showing anything so will try again! I need my team to be able to log time on timesheets for weeks that have passed but the back arrow seems to be missing. I've hunted high and low for a setting but can't track it down. Any ideas?? Thanks (and hopeful!) in advance, Lisa Lisa Kiddie Domino's

I've had to use the Back to Timesheets link at the top left to accomplish that. Vic Alejandro, PMP, CSM | IT | Sr. IT Project Manager Denver Water | t: (303-628-7262) | c: (303-319-6473) "http://www.denverwater.org/"> http://www.denverwater.org INTEGRITY | VISION | PASSION | EXCELLENCE | RESPECT

Yes "Back to Timesheets" - that's the way we do it, too. But some "last week" "next week" arrow buttons would really be appreciated. Roland Hofmann Atlas Copco Synatec (DGB)

Thank you both! I had completely missed that button but will put a request for back buttons etc. in to the Ideas Exchange. That has made my week and it's only Monday morning. Thanks Lisa Lisa Kiddie Domino's Pizza UK

Hi Lisa, It looks like you're referring to a timesheet that would span more than Mon-Sunday. If you adjusted your timesheet profile to be say 2 weeks instead of 1, you would see the back/forward arrows that allow you to move through the different weeks that fall in that timesheet's range. The back to Timesheets button takes you back to the list of timesheets for you (or if you've been on timesheets for others, them.) I hope this helps! I raised a idea on the Idea Exchange about making the "Back to Timesheet" bigger in the UI, I often get people asking me how to do that action and not seeing the link!! https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001577234-Make-the-Back-to-Timesheets-link-be-in-a-bigger-font- Jamie Hill JLL

@Jamie Hill , I totally agree...Back to timesheets need to be bigger or something, we always have the same question around here. Also on another note, I have noticed on occasion, that the back arrow will be missing when the timesheet loads. But this is different than the issue that you are describing. For example, our timesheets are generated monthly. During the month the timesheet will load so that the current week is displayed. If I am a couple of weeks into the month, occasionally, I have noticed that the back arrow button to go to the prior week (within that month) will be missing. If I click the button to expand the entire fimesheet and collapse it again, the missing arrow will appear. It's not ideal, just a nuisance I've learned to deal with since there doesn't seem to be a lot on the roadmap to improve the timesheet look and feel . :( Admin Kelly-Wehrmann SSFCU

Hi Kelly and Jamie, On the Bigger "Back To Timesheets" front... While Dev considers this Idea, I invite you to consider the technique I shared in my "https://community.workfront.com/discussions/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=2ef1f8c0-bdf2-465f-bfd8-a2b78580feed&CommunityKey=aaafaff0-5e4e-4e38-8903-f1f990935567&tab=digestviewer#bm2ef1f8c0-bdf2-465f-bfd8-a2b78580feed">nAg mODe foR updATes! post to draw more attention to the top right Updates box in Workfront when there are unread updates. In a similar fashion (with a bit of tinkering), I imagine you could change the background of the Back To Timesheets label (e.g. hot pink), the border (e.g. solid, to look like a button), the font weight (e.g. bold), and/or the font size (e.g. 36) to help folks remember to "click here to navigate". Regards, Doug

@Doug, thanks for the tip. Sadly, it won't really help us. Our Enterprise standard is IE and they keep it pretty locked down the ensure consistency. It is however, a nice hack! :) Admin Kelly-Wehrmann SSFCU
