Is it possible to export log details (Custom Forms, Fields, Templates, Projects, etc.) from Workfront? If so, how can we export these log details? Please advise.

I think Workfront has an option to export audit logs. Go to setup > system > audit logs and then filter out specific log types if you want. You should see an export button on the upper right side (see image below). Keep in mind it stores 3 months worth of logs at any point of time.

Changes to Templates are not tracked anywhere in Workfront at all, for some odd reason I’ve never been able to understand. For many Admins, this is why we lock everyone except Admins out of making those changes entirely.

Changes to Custom Forms/Fields are tracked in the Audit Logs available in Setup, and can be exported from there. I recommend a regular cadence of exports as the audit history available through the UI is only good for 90 days.

Changes to Projects are available in their individual audit trails, assume you have turned on track changes for those fields/update types.

The main split of functionality (excluding Templates) is whether you are trying to track/export changes that an Admin makes in the Setup area versus changes an individual PM/user makes during the lifecycle of a project/issue. The former are available in Setup under the Audit Logs, and the latter are available in the System Activity/Journal Entry reports for the records - but only IF you have turned on track changes for that action/field individually.
