Kanban View for My Work

Similar to the team page where we can now use Kanban, can we have a Kanban view for a single persons workload with work requests going into the backlog and then the various statuses running along the top allowing them to drag and drop tasks.

Also can we set the % complete for each status so we can get a more accurate reading on progress?
