Job Roles Company Level

My WF instance has two separate companies. I am creating groups and noticed that there are job roles already in the setup for my company that I had not created. If I delete these job roles, will it effect the entire workfront instance or only delete the job roles at the company-level? We don't have any tasks assigned to job roles in my company/groups.

Job roles are global, and to my knowledge can't be limited to a company - so don't delete the roles before checking whether they're in use on the other company.

Job roles are not linked to any of the Companies/Groups,Teams,Access Levels. They are like a placeholders or a titles you create to use it on User profiles to assign objects like project/issue/task based on it.

If you delete them directly without doing the analysis, it might impact many user profiles and their roles. Check if no one on the instance is using this job role on their profiles before deleting it.
