It would be helpful to have the ability to restrict time sheets being reopened. Once we have collated the data for the month and published the figures we are seeing some line managers reopen timesheets to make changes. as this is after the figures as published these changes go unnoticed but affect our year to date reports.

    You can resolve this by closing the timesheet instead of submitting it, and managing the user permissions so that only certain access levels have the ability to re-open timesheets.

    that's what we do.
