Is there a way to turn on "share proof by tagging" by default?

I know that you are able to do it at an individual level, per proof - however, we need the ability for ALL users to share by tagging in proof by default. Is this possible? Hoping I am missing a setting somewhere :)

If you use workflow templates I know you can do it there. You can also change the default role by users, but I can't find anywhere that indicates you could make this a system-wide default.

However, I'll bet If you call support they would be able to turn it on for you system-wide. Let me know if you try, because I've also wondered this in the past.
