Is there a way to share the Excel table or Screen capture through Updates

For most of the requests we close are related to marketing campaigns in Workfront and the final resolution or update will have excel table format numbers to be shared. When we share through email the format does not support in Workfront updates. Is there a way to share the Excel table or Screen capture through Updates?
