Adobe Workfront

I have a Billing Record report that I want to sort by project total billed amount (highest to lowest). There may be more than one billing record per project. I have the report grouped by Project Reference number and showing a sum of the amounts. The report is currently sorting in descending order on the Billing Record amount. The attached screenshot shows the group sums but it's not in descending order. Is there a way to sort by the group sum?

We use a proof approval report to show users proofs which need their approval.I realized that if proof has been archived, it no longer shows on the report - even though the proof is still "awaiting decision." I'd like to create a report to show proofs that are archived, but are awaiting decision. Or, maybe even Archived but project is Current? I would use this to unarchive proofs, so the user remains aware of the need to approve.The only place I've seen a designation of 'archived' is in Proofing, Views, "Archived proofs."Does anyone know if it's possible to filter for archived proofs in a proof approval report (or other type, if necessary), or even to include a column that has a designation of archived?

Do you tend to keep and leave deactivated users in their home groups and teams or do you remove them? Until now, we've kept deactivated users in their home groups and teams. We've got about 400 deactivated users in our instance, and I'm wondering if we should create a deactivated users group and move them there.

Hi,We have our projects set up with negative lag time for all tasks, since we need to work off of a certain Launch or Send date. Now we run into the issue, that the assignees of e.g. Task 2 do not get notified anymore, since the predecessor in the list starts on e.g. Task 1 Predecessor = Task2 - 5days. Any ideas how we can have a proper workback form a Launch date where all tasks lead up to, but the notifications will still work?

Hello! I have a scenario where we want to take the out-of-the-box handoff date for a task and create a calculated field that adds the task's planned duration to it. I’ve written the formula below, but I’m running into an issue: since we are using time in the planned duration (doing increments, like 4.5 days), the formula doesn’t seem to account for that properly. Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative way to make this work?   Adjusted Start Date is the Handoff Date and Adjusted End Date is this calculation: ADDWEEKDAYS({handoffDate},({durationMinutes}/480))    

I am creating a task report with the goal of showing tasks that are ready to start by a certain group of individiuals (these filters are already applied) and don't have documents within a specific folder (the project-level folder titled "design").... Is there a way to filter by that second part? If so, can you assist with the text mode?In summary, I want the report to show me tasks in which the task is assigned to the a team or specificed individuals, it's predecessor is complete, AND there are no documents within the "design" folder. There was a very similar question Community question by @timothybr and response by @randyroberts that is almost the answer, but I can't figure out how to tweak it for me need. I can't get a Proof for video (.MP4) to work via proofs within the Adobe Workfront App. This also does not work with a browser on a mobile device.  Tested on iphone.  Also tested on Android. Been this way for a couple of months and need this function day to day. Is there a way to proof video on mobile with Adobe Workfront?  

How many of you out there use Workfront in your non-marketing departments? It would be great to connect with others who have nothing to do with marketing so we can share questions, struggles, and wins. If you reply, what department are you in or type of projects do you run in Workfront? I am in a supply chain PMO. We focus on capital (hardware, building upgrades, new buildings, etc.) or software implementations.

Our group works with four different brands and requires a lot of collaboration and visibility to communication between projects. Other than creating a team and tagging them in every comment, is there something else we can do to provide visibility to project updates for everyone on a project? We want people to be able to go back to the project updates and see everything. 

Hi community! Are there any suggestions to pull a report on all projects that have a specific folder (i.e. Final Deliverables) which is empty.  I am trying to see all projects that are closed where someone didnt upload final documents. Thanks!

Hi there,I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or solutions on how to report on Rejected Proof Decisions?Our organization uses Proof Decisions and would like to track why a Proof was Rejected; requesting a new proof. We want to be able to track the reasons behind multiple versions of proofs.I was thinking if its possible to trigger a pop-up (dropdown) selection as to why a proof was being rejected - using a custom form; while associating it to the document version. Can Fusion do this?OR... am I overthinking this and there's already a natural solution for this in the Workfront system.

We need to sort a Proof Approval report by "Title". The sorting is not happening with the below text mode code. I am unable to find the Form setting/Field Settings/Field Sharing options anywhere on the custom form.These options were available in the Old UI.Did Workfront removed those features from CustomForms? If not, Can someone please help me find these in the new Custom form interface? Thanks in advance! 

What exactly does Last Update mean? Does it mean an actual change to an item or is it just the last person to click within the item. I havent been able to find a solid definition anywhere.

I am trying to understand how we can use the connections we build in Workfront planning in our reports. Most of our reports are task reports that track the deployment task of all projects. Since we are not able to connect tasks in Workfront planning, I wonder what is the best way to show connected metadata from planning into those task reports.
