Is there a way to pull a report on many are using the widgets and what type from the homepage of Workfront? 

Hi All, Brainstorming some way to manage the Integration Service Account in Workfront. As we are slowly moving from API Keys to OAuth2 Authentication. It would be interesting to know what the best practice or approach to manage it. I notice for OAuth2 Authentication can only create up to a total of 10 OAuth2 Applications, and this would be an issue as we might be exceeding it.  Thanks in advance! Regards,Bryan

Hi all,Has anyone experienced an issue where a required multiselect dropdown field in a custom form fails to save selected values when it's shown conditionally (e.g., only appears when another field = “Yes”)?In my case:Field A = Yes → reveals Field B (multiselect dropdown)I select values in Field BAfter submitting the request, Field B appears blank, as if nothing was selected even though it's marked requiredOther required fields are saving correctly, and the logic to show Field B works it just doesn't retain the selected values after submission.Any insights or recommendations on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am using the below to pull some data into a Task report from data on the Project custom form. This was previously in a calculated field but as I need this data to be readily refreshed, without being prompted, I have moved it to the column. What I am now unable to do is sort or group on this data. I tried adding a line for sorting but it hasn't worked. After successfully using proof URL's in a report for well over a year, they suddenly stopped working yesterday for my users.They now come up with a message:You do not have permission to view this proof. Ask the proof owner to add you to the workflow.This is not practical in our 100's per day scenario, and has as I say been working fine.We've made no changes to Workfront or users and these are the same users that have been active over the past year enjoying this facility.Has something changed in Workfront ?

I am trying to create a calculated field for a series of Tasks. If the Task name Contains the number "1" I need it to display a date from the Project custom form.I was able to return a True/False result using CONTAINS and I have been able to display the date without a condition but when combining the IF and CONTAINS functions I am getting no result.Here is my expression - can anyone help?IF(CONTAINS({name},"1"),{DE:UKI - Bet Offer 1 Banner Live Start Date & Time},"")

We are thinking of JumpSeat.io to integrate with Workfront to help the new users with Guides and wayfinders.  anyone aware of it? and how efficient is it with Workfront? any drawbacks or better tools to similar to JumpSeat?

What happens to the logs after 90 days in audit logs? Are they completely deleted or archived? Also, is it possible to somehow pull them back if unavailable?

Hi All,I'm attempting to export a task form but I want to prevent certain fields from appearing in the export to pdf.  How could I go about concealing certain fields from displaying in an export file?

I'm having trouble getting a user wildcard to work in a valueexpression within a nested list statement. Hello,I am looking for ways to assign a team/group to a proof for approval. Similar to how tasks can be assigned to a team, we wanted to see if it would be feasible to assign a team to a proof and have a team member approve/review the proof. We have created automated proof templates that kinda help, but it is still individual users who keep changing. The groups created in PoofHQ are more for sharing, so I wanted to ask here to see if anyone has any solution for this.

In Project Preferences Status, I used Hide Status in the Queue status set up, thinking that would hide Queue status as an option from non-admin users adding a queue status to their projects. We have request projects set up with queue status and that's the only project type that should have a queue status. I hid queue status in the main system status, but I can still see queue status as an option to add when I log in as a non-admin user project manager. Am I misunderstanding the purpose of hide status or does hide status only work if the status hasn't been used ? Thanks   

Hi All,We have a Prime plan.  I wanted to check something under our system settings, and I noticed there's a Data Connect option:I don't recall seeing it before (if it was there, I missed it).  Does its presence mean we have Data Connect as an add-on, or is that menu item included for everyone?I can ask our rep, but I have zero control over spending and don't want to get anyone's hopes up if we don't already have it.😄 

I am prepping for our renewal which will move us to the new licensing model.   For the Prime package, I understand that an External User can have up to 5 proof decisions per month. We currently have a good amount of external vendors receiving proofs that far exceeds the 5 decisions allowed per month. If I downgrade them from a "reviewer and approver" to just "reviewer", which removes the ability to make a decision, will that allow me to avoid upgrading them to a paid seat?   Thank you in advance!

I have a user report that filters by the "Work" license type. Our Workfront license renewed on Monday and changed to the Prime license model, and that report is no longer working properly.licenseType=T licenseType_Mod=inI looked at the API, but do not see the updated licenses. Does anyone know where I can find the values for the new licenses - Standard, Light, Contributor? The users that should be showing on the report currently have a Standard license, with "Worker" access level.Thanks!   

Hello,I have a request form that select users can fill out and submit.  We don't want them to be able to submit the form if they can't answer 'yes' to a few select questions.  Is there a way to prevent users from submitting the request based on their answers? Thanks!

A user left our organization and I want to move all of their assigned tasks to a new user who is taking over their position. Is there a way to do this all at once without having to make the switch project by project? The projects they are in have many different names so I can't use the "name contains" feature for bulk assignments from the workload balancer.
