It would be nice to see all my open proofs and what state they are in (like who opened/commented/approved) from the home dashboard without having to go into every project via multiple clicks to get there. I am usually the proof owner and sometimes it's hard with all the emails to keep track of which proofs I can move on. Is this a thing? Either for the home page or somewhere else? I'm not an admin so i don't have any access to make big changes or pull reports and such. I guess if y'all have a solution that requires an admin to pull I may be able to get one to help me. Open to any/all suggestions!

Wondering if I can pick everyone's brain on here for some best practices. My team is in the process of onboarding Workfront, and we're going through a piloting phase where we're learning what is/is not working before we fully launch.  Our current setup, based on the recommendations from our Onboarding team, was to have two different types of project templates, one for a Multi-deliverable project and one for a single-deliverable project.  Multi-deliverable was supposed to be for when someone has a project or marketing campaign that has a number of different deliverables (think email, social post, landing page, etc.), where single deliverable was for when someone only had one final deliverable (and this deliverable could have different components, like copy generation or an image that needed to be done for a final flyer deliverable).  Our Multi-deliverable project has a custom form with a multi-select field where people can select as few or as many assets as

I attended the Workfront Skills Exchange virtual event and noticed during a demo, the home dashboard looked different from what I see when I log in. Is this a beta version or do we need to upgrade? Is this Workfront Fusion home dashboard? I've attached a screenshot for reference. Thanks!

Hi - I want to see if anyone has any tips to better prioritize proof approvals for approver users. Right now, my users have full queues and I want to better organize their "my approvals". I understand that we can prioritize projects, does anyone have recommendations on how to use this for proofs? 

I am trying to create a task report that will filter out all tasks under a program where only 1 person is assigned. Is there an easy way to do this?   Ideally, I would like to create a report that shows the user's role for each person assigned, but I believe Workfront is only able to show the role for the primary assignee. 

Does anyone know which of the new access levels allows a user to generate a proof? I ask because Standard, Light and Contributor all have "Edit" access to documents per this overview: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/add-users/access-levels/access-level-overview Does Edit access permit Light and Contributor users to generate proofs?  Thanks! 

We've got copywriters spread across several teams and are trying to get a feel for the workload distribution.  For some, each copywriting request is contained in its own project that is owned by the copywriter.  In others there are copywriting tasks included as part of other projects.  So the report we need is a count of all projects that have at least one task owned by a copywriter, grouped by copywriter.  I'm just diving in to Workfront reporting and am have a lot to learn!  Any help the community can provide will be most appreciated.

Hello All,I'm working on a Workfront project and need to send a reminder to the project owner three days before the Planned Start Date. I created a test project for this purpose, with a start date of September 5th at 8 a.m. I've confirmed that the project reminder notification is enabled, but the email still hasn't been sent. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions?" Thanks,DM 

Hello! I am wondering if there is a setting to allow members of the team to edit custom form fields in the backlog view. I have set up the view to include custom fields and need them to be able to update from the backlog view. I am able to do it as an admin, but my planners are not able. They have to open the issue, open the custom form and edit.

I am trying to download a Print Summary in PDF format with an Issue details, but need to upgrade the generic format and have the possibility to customize it in future. Is there a possibility to:1. To export only certain fields from different sections of Issue Details tab (but not all of them when selecting a specific section)?2. Eliminate Workfront water sign from the PDF document?3. Manage the layout and order of the fields displayed in the PDF document? Eliminate blank space between fields?4. Export the status field with the custom label status, not the system one? (For instance, my custom status is "Pending review", but the system status associated with it is "On Hold". I need exactly "Pending review" to be displayed within the print summary) Thank you in advance!

Hello, friends!To anyone that has implemented WF Planning, I'd love to hear your specific use case - I know the reasoning why Planning was created, have read through documentation, and attended some webinars on it. But I'd like to understand some specific use cases:- Why did you go with Planning instead of core WF for your specific use case?- Are you using Planning only or a mix of Planning & core WF for your use case?- Pros/cons about Planning implementation?- Are you doing XYZ in Planning and then mapping record types to core WF and doing ABC in core WF/connecting the two?If you're inclined to be extra generous, I'd even love a short time with you to see it over screenshare - feel free to send me a private message in Experience League!

I have a new user who has been added to the Workfront platform, but it says Unregistered next to his name. I don't see how to Register the new user.

Hi, I've set up a 'request' approval process that triggers on a status change of a request The approval goes to a 'role' - and there is only 1 person who performs that role. The probelm is - that person doesn't get an email alert about their approval being needed.They DO get a notification. I can't see anything in email settings - both under system/Email/Notifications  or the users personal notification settings that could be blocking this. Can anyone help ? Thanks  

Hi community,We upload zip files containing several separate .jpegs and create one combined proof. Does anyone know of a way to report on the number of images used in each proof please?My overall aim is to count these at Project level.ThanksMatt

Hi,  I recall earlier this year I had an issue where suddenly review / contributor level users were no longer able to see the planned benefit field on projects within a report. This change is ultimately going to cause us to exceed our paid license count from our contract that was finalized earlier this year. Is there any way around this? Previously, these users were able to see that field without issue.
