Adobe Workfront

Hi!! We're looking to pull custom field dates and checkboxes from the Project Custom forms, into a Custom TASK form to avoid the team looking back and forth. We've tried calculated fields, but they are showing "N/A" and all the solutions on Experience League seem outdated. Hoping someone is able to help or solve this!!

Workfront Planning Users - I need help! I have created a record type in Planning, and also created a request form for it. The required (not removeable) "Subject" field in the form, does not show up in the record when someone submits a new request. How do I get it to show up?It's odd to me that there is a Name field that can't be removed from the record or mapped to the subject field, which also can't be removed from the request form, but also is not visible in the record. Anyone figured this out? Thanks!!

Does anyone know if there is a report that can be created showing any duplicate users in the system.   When we initially implemented Workfront, we used email addresses as their Federated ID's.  When we moved over to the Adobe Console, we had to change the federated IDs to match what we had in AD.  This created duplicate users in the system, and I would like to run a report listing those users.    Any advice would be appreciated.   Thank you.

Hi - Our organization has restructured, and our historical Groups were set-up by multiple teams, which has led to Groups being disorganized or redundant. We'd like to reorganize our Groups, but it doesn't look like there is a way to move current groups to become children of other groups. Is there, or could, there be a way to reshuffle groups without having to start from scratch? Some of our scenarios use groups for sharing so it would be unfortunate to have to start from scratch. 

I need to re-create a very detailed project status report in Workfront. Currently the status report is in an excel document. I'd like to upload all the status report information (columns and rows) into Workfront, so the entire team can go to one place to view and update it. Having the status report outside of Workfront makes our team look in two different places for statuses.  The project owner will manually update the status report several times a week. The fields within Workfront need to be editable.  I'd like to be able to import the excel spreadsheet into Workfront without having to manually create it. Basically, I need Workfront to act like an excel spreadsheet. How do I do this?

I have a couple multi-select fields that I need to create reports for. I found this documentation- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/chart-report-by-multi-select-custom-field which notes that "Rather than building a chart using a multi-select custom field, we recommend that you create separate fields for each option of a multi-select custom field." This may be a good option for the reporting that I need, but I'm not sure how this set up for a multi-select field would look in the request form. The only thing I came up with was to have the multi select field as a separate custom form section and the multi-select field selections show in the custom form section, example shown below:This would not be very user intuitive in the custom form, so I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas on this multi-select field options set up as separate custom fields. Hi,I am trying to build a workfront report that Pulls in List of Projects that are in Planning Status and None of the underlying Task is started yet, i.e all Tasks on such Project should be in New Status. Appreciate the help

I've got a project report that I want to include when the next Partner Proof is. I can get it to work using the specific task name like "Partner Proof 1" using the code below. Has anyone found a good way to report on Project Template Updates? Since there is no update stream, not sure if it is possible to see when a field or assignment has been updated on a template task? My next step is seeing if Data Connect can offer any insight, but wanted to check in Workfront reporting offered any solutions. Thanks!

Hi Community, Can anybody share a good adoption report for users besides the login update, which is just a snapshot in time, but more something that increased or decreased over time?I used the Workfront Usage Blueprint, but this one is also just a snapshot and not really a good evaluation of the current user adoption compared to e.g. last year.Thank you in advance!

I have a Report that some users are working from with a number of free text fields. Some of these fields contain long free text lists where other rows remain closely spaced. Is there some coding we can use to have the individual rows/fields become scrollable/collapsible?  

Hello, Wondering if this capability exists/is possible.  Prerequisite information:I have a Control Project that will house ~400 Tasks. For context, but not relevant to this problem, I will use this project as an external lookup to populate a custom field's answers on a separate form. I have a Custom form that will attach to the Tasks in this Control Project. This Custom form is our constant.There is a Field on the Custom form that will let me separate the 'buckets' the tasks fall under. This is how I filter the available answers on the separate form.200 tasks have Answer A.200 tasks have Answer B. Is there a way I can upload these Tasks to the project with the Custom form attached + the Answers filled out for their respective task with a KickStart? I have the task upload down, as that's simple enough. I appreciate the insight!   

It feels like the only way to see the number is to either set priority, or build a report (which I don't want to do). Am I missing something? Thanks in advance! 

Does anyone use the Agile methodology for marketing production type projects? I'm struggling to understand how a marketing asset project (for example a flyer) would be set up in WF Agile and how this type of work would be organized in into Sprints. Particularly when many projects are rush or have hard due dates. Any insight that you can share would be greatly appreciated - Thank you!

I'm working on a new view for a project report and am having a bit of text mode brain fog. I would like to pull in the Project Users but only include those from a specific homegroup and exclude a home team. I'm able to pull the list for Home Group but cannot remember how to do a "not_in" for the role? Hello all,I'm hoping someone can help me with a report I'm building to support a review task.I've combined 10 fields into a single column using sharecol, which works well visually. However, I'm trying to find a way to only display each field if it contains data. We're having a major issue which is preventing our global teams from working together in Workfront. Our project managers in the US and Manila are seeing different dates for our tasks. US teams see one set of dates and Manilla PMs see a day ahead. This is causing confusion and inefficiencies. And it keeps happening even though our Manilla PMs' profiles are set to be in EST (see attached screenshot). Can anyone help us resolve this so that we are all working on US time and see the exact same dates?
