Increase Productivity, Reduce Human Errors - Bulk Download Functionality

We need the ability to select single or multiple libraries or folders in the navigation bar, right-click and download them at once. This is a requirement to satisfy legal obligations without tying up already-tight resources to download documents within folders.

The folders should retain identification (folder name), and files should retain their file names. Currently, the download functionality only allows you to go into a folder, select the documents, hit download to download a zip file. This loses the folder identification so the user then must open the zip file, extract the individual files, add a new folder, move the documents to the new folder with the correct name as noted in DAMS and rezip them into a zip folder.

From a productivity standpoint, this is time consuming and incorporates a higher level of risk for human error than wise or necessary.
