Include Actual Hours in the Resource Planner

The resource planner is a helpful view of seeing resources planned time. I think it would be even more beneficial if "Actual hours" (as per logged time/ time-sheet) was included and you could compare how much actual time a resource is spending vs plan or scheduled.

    And it would be beneficial to add the budgeted hours as another column when viewing by user in the resource planner. Being able to compare available, planned, and budgeted at the user aggregated level offers an easier view for resource managers. Currently, only the available and planned are shown. It would be beneficial to allow the same view as the project utilization report (see planned, actual, and budgeted per month).
