Idea Exchange UX - allow text expansion in list or easy navigation back to place in list

When using the idea exchange, it's hard to navigate the lists when you expand an idea to read it. You're being taken to a page to read the full text and you can't easily navigate back to whatever page you were in the list - you always go back to page 1. You also can't get to page 4, 5, 6, etc without clicking NEXT multiple time so fixing that would be helpful as well.
